This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have — whether you book cleanings, work as a Keeper professional, or manage properties with our platform.
Account details (name, email, phone), booking information (address, service type, schedule), and payment details processed by our payment partner — we never store full card numbers. For professionals, we also collect identity documents, background-check results and certification records required to work on the platform.
Professional location is shared only while en route to a confirmed job and is used to verify arrival at check-in. After check-in, live tracking stops — we keep only the verified arrival record (time and place). Location is never collected off the clock.
Before & after photos document the work performed. They are visible only to you, your professional, and — for business accounts — your site reports. Photos protect both sides of every job and are retained with the booking record.
We share only what a job needs: your first name and address with your assigned professional; the professional's first name, photo, certification status and rating with you. We never sell personal data. Service providers (payments, background checks, hosting) receive only what their function requires.
You can access, correct, download or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by writing to us. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (invoices, safety reports).
