These terms govern your use of GetYourKeeper — as a client booking services, a professional working through the platform, or a business managing properties. By creating an account you agree to them.
The full price is shown before you confirm and is charged once, at booking. There are no cash payments and no charges at the door. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit; later cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking.
Every professional passes an ID and background check and completes certification before receiving any job. Visits are GPS-verified at arrival and documented with before & after photos. If a visit does not meet our standard, report it within 24 hours and we will re-clean or credit your account.
Professionals are independent: you see the exact payout before accepting any offer, and you accept or decline freely. Payouts are transferred weekly. Certification and training are free; kit and supplies are provided. Insurance covers you on every accepted job.
Business plans are billed monthly per active site under a service agreement. Coverage guarantees, reporting scope and invoicing terms are defined in your plan. Site reports and documentation remain available for the duration of your agreement plus 12 months.
Damage claims are covered by our insurance when reported within 48 hours with the job's photo documentation. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking except where law provides otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico; disputes are resolved in the courts of San Juan.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you by email and in-app at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.
